On the start page you can update your name and define your rider profile.
Enter your rider details (weight and height). Use the toggle for metric or imperial units.
On the start page click Create rider setup.
Create at least one setup you’ll use for analysis. We recommend creating one for all your different bikes (e.g. TT, road)
Save it with a clear name (e.g., “TT race setup”).
Go to Courses → New course.
Upload your file (common formats such as GPX/FIT are supported).
Define sensible segments.
Name and save it.
Tip: Keep course names consistent with your events (e.g., “IM 70.3 [City] – 2025”).
You can start either a Pacing Strategy or an Equipment Comparison. The platform will guide you through each required step.
Create Pacing Optimization.
Choose a course (built-in or your custom one).
Wind: Fetch an automatic forecast or enter it manually.
Select exactly one rider setup.
(Optional, highly recommended) Group course segments (see below).
Run the optimization and review the pacing plan.
The result is automatically saved so you can revisit it later.
About segment grouping
Grouping turns many tiny segments into a few power targets per terrain type (e.g., steep climbs, rollers, flats).
You’ll get fewer, clearer targets that are easier to memorize and execute on race day.
Create Equipment Optimization.
Choose a course.
Wind: Automatic forecast or manual entry.
Select multiple rider setups or one rider setups and define multiple wheel/tyre options you want to compare.
Run the optimization and review time differences and segment impacts.
The result is automatically saved for later reference.
Tip: Start with a built-in course to learn the flow. Once comfortable, upload your race course.
Preferred: Use the in-app Feedback Form (link in the sidebar).
General contact form: Available in this knowledge database.
