This page explains how to get access to the platform, how your subscription works and what credits and limits are. For the features and limits of each plan, see the pricing page.
The free trial lasts 10 days.
No payment information is required, and there is no automatic subscription after the trial.
You can use the free trial once per account.
How to start
Log in to the platform. On the start page, click Start free trial.
On the pricing page, choose your plan and start the trial.
You're taken back to the platform and can start right away.
During the trial
The start page shows a Free trial card, and Your account → Subscription shows a Trial badge and the date the trial ends.
We send you an email shortly before your trial ends.
At the end of the trial your access stops automatically, and we send you an email. Your account and data remain, so you can subscribe any time later.
If you have already used your trial, you'll see Free trial already used. Click Continue to checkout to start your full subscription.
Click Subscribe on the start page or under Account → Subscription and complete the checkout (monthly or annual billing).
Subscribing during a trial ends your free trial immediately and starts your paid subscription.
Go to Your account → Account → Subscription and click Manage. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can manage your payment method and cancel your subscription.
No minimum commitment: when you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
We keep your account and data available for resubscription for 12 months.
Each time you click Run optimization (pacing or equipment), one optimization credit is used.
If a run fails, the credit is refunded.
When you have no credits left, you can't start new runs. Your existing results stay available.
The AI assistant on the results page (beta) uses chat credits: each question uses one credit. When they're used up, you'll see "You have no chat credits left."
Depending on your plan, the number of courses and rider setups you can save in your collection is limited.
The start page shows a Quotas & limits card with your usage of Courses, Rider setups and your remaining Optimization credits.
When you reach a limit, creating, duplicating or saving new items of that type is disabled. Delete an existing course or rider setup to free up space.
Only need a pacing strategy for one race? You can buy a single event without a subscription and get Pro plan features for that event.
On the pricing page, select Single event and choose an official event.
Follow the Event pacing strategy steps: Event, Rider & bike (your email, name, rider height and weight, bike type and total bike weight), Strategy (estimated race start time and your Target Normalized Powerâ„¢) and Summary.
Click Proceed to checkout and complete the one-time payment.
After the payment, your pacing strategy is generated automatically, using the wind forecast for your start time. You'll receive an email as soon as it is ready. If you don't have an account yet, one is created for you and your login details are sent by email.
The official course library and additional custom courses are not included in a single event purchase.
After your result is ready
You can edit your pacing optimization and run it again (Edit & rerun), e.g. with an updated wind forecast or a different power target.
You can also create an equipment optimization for the same event to compare rider setups or wheel options.
Optimizations for other events or courses are not included. For those, purchase another single event or start a subscription.
Go to Account → Delete account. If you have an active subscription, you need to cancel it first. Deleting your account can't be undone, and there are no refunds for subscription periods already paid.
