Take your optimized pacing strategy out of the platform and onto your bike: as power cues on your bike computer, as printed stickers for your frame, or as a CSV file.
All exports are on the pacing result screen, in the Optimized pacing strategy section → Export ▾ (top-right). See also How to read the Pacing results.
Exports your pacing strategy as a standard FIT course file with:
Target power notifications: your bike computer notifies you at the start of each segment with the target power in watts.
Full course navigation: track coordinates, distance and elevation profile.
Broad device compatibility: works with Garmin Edge, Wahoo ELEMNT, Hammerhead Karoo and other modern bike computers.
Click Export ▾ → Export to headunit.
Choose the Cue message format (the notification text shown on your display):
Default: a clear target power announcement.
With distance: target power and remaining segment distance (e.g. “250W for 3.2 km”).
Short: minimal power-only notification.
Choose the Notification repetition:
Power changes only: notify only when the target power changes at the start of a segment.
Additionally repeat every 1 km: also repeat the reminder every 1 km along the segment.
Click Generate FIT file. This usually takes just a few seconds; you can close the window while it finishes in the background. The menu entry then shows Export to headunit (ready).
Click Download to save the FIT course file with power cues. Use Regenerate if you want different settings.
Garmin: import it into Garmin Connect, or connect via USB and copy the file into the GARMIN/NewFiles folder.
Wahoo: open the downloaded file in the Wahoo ELEMNT companion app or upload it to your synced route provider.
Hammerhead: import the file into the Hammerhead Dashboard under Routes (Import Route).
Consecutive segments with the same target power are merged into a single notification, so grouped strategies give fewer, clearer cues.
A printable PDF with stickers that show your power targets at a glance during the race.
After each successful pacing run, the sticker is generated automatically. If it isn’t there yet, click Export ▾ → Create sticker (Creating sticker…).
Click Show sticker to open the PDF.
Print it on AVERY Zweckform 4776 label sheets (A4, labels 99.1 × 42.3 mm).
The sheet contains:
an info label with the run name, course, date, course length and estimated time,
a Base bar sticker (landscape) and a Top tube sticker (portrait) listing each group (or ungrouped segment) with its slope and target power,
course profile sticker(s) with the segments; courses of 100 km or longer are split over two profile stickers.
Give your segments short, recognisable names in the course editor; they appear on the stickers. Unnamed segments are left blank.
Export groups to CSV (available in the Groups view) or Export segments to CSV downloads the pacing table, e.g. to share it with your coach or import it into another tool.
For equipment comparisons, use Export ▾ → Export to image in the Compare section to download the comparison table as a PNG.
